The goods sold at the time of transfer are free from material and workmanship defects. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and quality. In case of obvious defects must be reported within 10 days after discovery in writing  to FogSee. Otherwise the guarantee for these defects are not applicable. For complaints, the purchase date with an invoice must be proven. The article being claimed must be sent accompanied by a copy of the invoice and sufficient postage. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the customer modifies the product. The buyer has during the warranty period, the right to free repair. A partial or complete replacement is allowed.

The warranty period is twelve months from purchase date. This period is a limitation and applies to claims for compensation resulting from defect unless tort claims are asserted.
